PARKOUR for KIDS & TEENS!
Parkour is a fitness art designed to help people develop reflexes, enhance coordination, focus energy, increase agility, balance, flexibility, spatial awareness and use their bodies to overcome obstacles in their path.  This includes principal movement patterns such as running, jumping, vaulting, climbing, and landing and rolling safely.  Students learn how to safely calculate risks while having fun.  Taught by professional gymnast with years of fitness, tumbling and parkour coaching experience.

PARKOUR FOR PARENTS & ADULTS!
Its not just for kids!  Anyone can do it, no matter what age or gender.  This is a low-impact class with an emphasis on building strength, increasing agility, balance, flexibility, and energy through play!  Covering the basics of movement through a super fun way to approach fitness.  Taught by professional gymnast with years of fitness, tumbling and parkour coaching experience.
