Ideally, learning is both relaxed and incredibly focused. Classes should be small and informal. The dialogue should be direct. The learning should be personalized. Children need to be recognized, enabled and energized.

Learning happens in large and small groups, in teams and individually, but it’s always social … it’s always connected to society and people and activities in the world.
